LET’S GO SHOPPING:
The following information is not intended to diagnose or to prescribe, but rather simply to share my personal experiences of protocols and/or remedies that have been proven successful to either me or to others over the years. If you should choose to apply any of these experiences then do so at your own risk. In other words; such information is not to be construed as advice… and definitely not, prescribed, for we all know that only Pharmaceutical physicians are allowed to do that, right?
QUESTIONS???
Which vitamin should I buy? How much should I take? Will it interfere with my medications? What do you have to help with… High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, Heartburn/Bloating, Gout, Migraine Headaches… whew… I’m getting tired just listing them… oh yeah… and Insomnia, Memory, Low Energy, Anxiety, Depression, Libido, ADD (HD), Cancer… and much, much more will be discussed in this work.
The good news is; that i’ve rendered down your shopping list to 4 ish items that i feel is the ‘best bang for the buck,’ in a Natural Health Store. I chose these specific items because they are no longer… or barely available… in today’s food chain. I am of the opinion that this is one of the main reasons why we’re seeing such early aged degenerative health today.
You’ll hopefully gain some insight into some of your own personal health challenges as i’ve also compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions by customers over the past 15 years. The following is a collection… a diary containing true experiences, facts, myths… and of course… personal opinion… my opinion. You’re allowed yours too but you’ll have to write your own book to express it.
THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK IN A NATURAL HEALTH STORE:
Are you spending a schwack of money and/or taking… toooo many supplements, in an attempt to feel better… and not getting results? Allow me to simplify your quest. The following is a simple program guaranteed to positively affect your health.
I can remember as a kid choosing a nickel rather than a dime just because it was the bigger coin… but of course… it was of lesser value, right? It’s the same thing applied when people are shopping for natural health aids. Many customers will be snared into buying a supplement that promises to fix their nagging health concern and the root of the issue remains… unsolved. Often it’ll be a product to relieve a symptom, most often; pain/discomfort, such as with; aching joints, headache, heartburn or hot flashes… or perhaps they just want something to give them a good night’s sleep… and the list goes on. Although there are natural aids capable of addressing these concerns, the best bang for your buck is to shop… holistically… to get down to the root of the problem/pain.
First of all; i’d like to commend you for being responsible of maintaining your own health, for this is truly a biggg step… and secondly, to do so naturally… but the question remains; are you achieving your goal… and if so, are you doing so practically and economically? I’ve noticed that very many customers are spending far too much money and receiving little benefit in their attempt to achieve sound health. Are you one of these customers? If so, then i’m confident that you will appreciate and benefit from the following information.
I’m going to recommend 4 basic agents/supplements; i would go so far as to say that if one is not supplementing within this field, then you’re getting ripped off. Perhaps you’re in too much of a hurry and/or have no patience to read a schwack of information in order to get the ‘biggest bang for your buck’ and so i won’t hold you hostage to reading an entire book to get the goods like so many marketeers do… i so hate that. However; it is essential to know why you’re doing what you’re doing and… so some accompanying information is really a must. Let’s go shopping.
THE FAB FOUR:
The program consists of; Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes and Super Greens/Berries. I chose these simply because they are no longer present in today’s main line food chain and/or not easily accessible by most people.
After mega years of observation, research and personal experience, i’ve come to the common sensible conclusion that a very high percentage of customer’s health queries revolve around; ‘what happens… or on… what does not happen’ within the Gastro Intestinal Tract (GI tract). The GI tract is essentially that long and winding tube that begins at your mouth and ends at the rectum… with a reservoir, namely; the stomach, located on the upper part of the tube. The interesting factor to note here is that the inside of this tube is hollow. That’s right… it’s hollow, meaning that it is really not a part of your body at all, but rather a channel through which the entire world that you live in, passes through on a daily basis. This includes; not only the food/fluid that we ingest, but also environmental elements and mega unseen micro-organisms, both beneficial and malevolent. Any, and all of the aforementioned, will arbitrarily find their way into this tube at sometime or another. What happens when it does is where the rubber meets the road… this is what will determine the condition of your health. Therefore, one’s goal should be twofold; be careful what you allow to enter that tube… and secondly; maintain the integrity of its boundaries… meaning the membrane (wall) that surrounds it (small and large intestines), which you will come to understand; is an entire organ all of its own. Come along and i’ll share with you what i’ve learned. I’ll briefly introduce each gem for those fast and furious knowledge seekers… and then expound on each one in more depth for those who have the time and/or desire to go deeper.
PROBIOTICS are the #1 most important supplement to consider when challenged with any health query in my opinion. Normally, this would not be a priority supplement; however, thanks to today’s poisonous environment, we need some subsidy. What are Probiotics? Probiotics are essentially beneficial microbes that work in harmony with our body. 99% of probiotics on the market are dormant/freeze dried and therefore, require activation in order to provide any benefit. It takes some time for this format of micro-organisms to actually wake up and make a difference so get to work on it and don’t wait till you’re sick or challenged with antibiotics. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
I’ll mention a few quality choices; however, the market changes fast and so they may no longer even exist when you read this. Vita Biosa and Bio-K are at the top of the list; the reason being; that that they are simple and alive upon ingestion and therefore can go to work on your gut right away… a real bonus. Dr. Ohira’s is another probiotic has been subjected to mega challenging environments for a period of approximately 3 years before entering the Health Store shelves. How’s that for quality testing? Lastly; Transfer Factor (TF); an isolate from colostrum; this cannot be accessed in stores; ***refer to section entitled; ‘Gare’s Hall of Fame‘ for detailed info on how to find it. I’m sure there are many more. What you’re looking for is simplicity and commo0n sense, authentic science and research behind it. Then test it and see how your body responds.
ENZYMES are next on my list. Enzymes, commonly called; Digestive Enzymes do a heck of a lot more than just help with digestion. When taken on an empty stomach they can unlock and dismantle mountains of junk. They can dissolve inflammation, clean up toxic debris, dissolve tumors etc. Check the enzyme ingredient list; you’ll want to see; Protease, Amylase, Lipase and Cellulase, in particular. I’d suggest that you start with 2 or 3 enzymes per meal. After a few weeks, when your body becomes accustomed to extra enzyme activity, you can ingest any number of enzymes throughout the entire live-long-day… any number. Wanna lose weight; try enzymes… wanna detox; try enzymes… need more energy; try enzymes!
FIBER/DRAWING AGENTS: Fiber is truly an unsung hero; it offers more benefits than you’ve probably imagined; first of all, it is a pre-biotic in that it feeds the beneficial micro-organisms in the GI Tract, it draws and flushes mucous, toxins and excess cholesterol from the body, hydrates the bowel and slowwwws down excessive sugar spikes commonly caused by refined food diets. Some choices of fiber are; Psyllium husks, Fruit Pectins, Flax, Chia and Hemp Seeds, to name but a few. ***Caution; too much fiber and/or inadequate fluids can be counter productive, even harmful and so start with little.
GREEN/BERRY CONCENTRATES: These are a far better choice than multi vitamins in my opinion. Most of our diets today are either unbalanced or nutrient deficient; therefore, we could use some extra help. Greens and berry concentrated formulas offer not only, natural occurring, mega vitamins and minerals but also enzymes, anti-oxidants, flavonoids, fiber and amino acids. Some examples to choose from are: Alfalfa, Kelp, Barley and Wheatgrass Powders, Spirulina, Chlorella, Blue-Green Algae, Moringa… bonus if they’re fermented. And of course… Berries offer huge health benefits for the same reasons… one million bears can’t be wrong.
There you have it; your money will have been well spent if you follow that course of action.
